培养大学生的创新素质,应该落实到学校工作的各个方面,贯穿于校风建设、课程教学、导师指导、课外活动、考试评估等项活动的每个环节。重在培植追求真理的科学精神,夯实学术累积的知识根基,点燃刨根究底的潜在资质,促进非智力因素的不断增长。在学生完成相应学业时,检验他们成长进步的形成状况,使之成为德才兼备、兴趣广泛、身心两健、和谐发展的人。

배양대학생적창신소질,응해락실도학교공작적각개방면,관천우교풍건설、과정교학、도사지도、과외활동、고시평고등항활동적매개배절。중재배식추구진리적과학정신,항실학술루적적지식근기,점연포근구저적잠재자질,촉진비지력인소적불단증장。재학생완성상응학업시,검험타문성장진보적형성상황,사지성위덕재겸비、흥취엄범、신심량건、화해발전적인。
Cultivating university students innovative quality should be carried out in all processes of school work, which includes university culture building, module teaching and learning, personal tutor supervising, extra-curriculum activity, examination and evaluation, etc. To cultivate the innovative quality of students, the scientific spirit of seeking for the truth should be fostered, the academic foundation should be solidified, the potential intelligence to challenge and question should be aroused, and the non-intellectual factors should be fostered continually, etc. When students accomplish their academic career,the condition of the students" growth should be evaluated, so as to make the students be all-around developed innovative talents with noble moral, academic excellence and wide interests, health in mind and body, as well as the people of harmonious development.
