论述了广西金秀县乡镇林业站建设现状与特点,强调了乡镇林业站在宣传有关林业方针政策、法律法规;贯彻落实林业各项生产任务;对新技术、新品种引进、示范与推广;开展病虫害预测预报,以及森林防火等工作中发挥重要作用。同时也指出了当前在林业站建设中存在人员不足尤其是专业人员不足,任务繁重而人员工资待遇低,工作生活环境差等主要问题,据此提出应增加林业站人员编制,对一线技术人员职称评定政策放宽,增加投入改善工作条件与生活环境等建议措施。

The paper provides the tatus and features of Jinxiu township forestry station, emphasized the building of the local forestry township forestry stand play an important role in the promotion in the forestry policies, laws and regulations; the implementation of forestry production tasks; new technologies, introduction of new varieties, demon- strations, science and technology; pest and forest fire prediction rate, etc. It points out that the current forestry station construction deficiencies, especially lack of professional staff, the tasks are arduous and staff low wages, poor working and living environment.And propose to increase forestry station staffing, job classification of first-line technical staff to relax, increase investment, slightly improve the working environment.
