Public service is the social responsibility and final goal of sports organization. This paper studies the responsibility and goal of sports organization in the system of social and sports development in UK. Taking the British Judo Association as example, it analyzes the ap plication model of ＂Internal-Network-Market＂ nal structure, network relationship and market of sports organization in UK,respectively interpresentation, which takes more public service ~s responsibilities that sports organizations in UK can afford to spread the sports, share sports with all people, bring up the elite athletes and host sport market events. The main purpose is to inspire the reform of the application model of sports organization in China.
