The two types of ＂Bringing-in＂ foreign capital strategies formed two paths for Chinese enterprises to enter the global innovation system.During the new round of reforming and opening up,the new ＂going out＂ strategies（exampled by the acquisition of Volvo by Jili Mobile and opening up manufacturing plants in China） created a new path for Chinese enterprises to enter the global innovation system.This article compares and contrasts the impacts of the two ＂Bringing-in＂ foreign capital strategies on Chinese enterprises in terms of innovation abilities.This article further discusses the significance and historical inevitability of the ＂Going-out＂ strategy for Chinese enterprises to enter the global innovation system during the new round to reforming and opening up.
