苏轼一生涉猎佛禅佛典,佛禅思想对其文学创作影响较大,其诗作微妙地表现了禅的淡、远、空、寂的特点。然而,由于语言和文化的差异,译入语读者很难领略诗词寄寓的禅理寓机。在接受美学视角的关照下,本文认为译者在翻译过程中,首先应使自己的期待视野与原作保持一致,也就是说,译者需要与诗人一同进入禅的境界,揣摩原诗的“未定点”,力图解读并再现其中的意境与禅境;其次应充分考虑并尊重译文读者的接受水平和审美期待,激发读者的审美创造力,实现原作生命力的延续及译本的关学价值。

Su Shi' s Zen poetry is a combination of Zen wisdom and the essence of Chinese poem which breaks away from con- ventions and subtly demonstrates the performance of Zen light, well, empty and lonely. But Zen conception implied in the poem blocks their introduction to English readers due to the different cultural and language background. In the perspective of reception aesthetics, the translation is closely related to reception aesthetics, which presents us with the theories of indeterminacy and reader' s horizon of expectations. They are corresponded to the expression techniques of traditional Chinese art, which paves the way for Su Shi' s Zen poem translation.
