介绍了《组织行为学》课程教学的PBL模式设计;讨论了五年多实践探索中遇到的主要问题及采取的应对办法;通过问卷调查结果分析了实施效果。文章认为,绝大多数学生能积极接受PBL模式,且PBL模式的教学效果好,特别有助于显著提高男生的学习积极性;PBL模式实施成功与否的关键不在学习传统或者文化影响,而在于教师的意愿、努力程度、实施能力以及学校付酬制度;PBL教学有助于培养管理类学生的实践智力,各高校应在一定范围内,每学期每班选择2~3门课程实施。

This paper introduces Problem-Based Learning(PBL) Model design for the curriculum teaching of Organization Behaviors,discusses its main problems and corresponding measures in over five years practice and exploration and analyzes its implementing effect by questionnaire results.This paper indicates that most students can actively accept PBL model and the PBL teaching effect is good and can especially obviously boost the learning enthusiasm of male students,that the key to whether PBL model is successfully implemented is not related to the influence of learning tradition or culture but is related to the willing,studious degree and implementing ability of the teachers as well as the wages system of the schools,and that PBL teaching is conducive to the cultivation of the practical intelligence of the students majored in management,thus,each college or university should implement PBL model in selected 2~3 courses per term and per class in a certain scope.
