民族院校是我国高等学校中的重要组成部分,民族院校中的教师教育对我国民族地区的师资培养有着举足轻重的作用,是不可或缺的。随着我国高等教育的发展,民族院校也有了很大的发展,并且正处在转型发展之中,表现有四大发展趋势。而其中的教师教育则在转型中遭遇发展的尴尬与挑战,主要表现在四个方面。为此,笔者提出了三个发展策略。
民族院校是我國高等學校中的重要組成部分,民族院校中的教師教育對我國民族地區的師資培養有著舉足輕重的作用,是不可或缺的。隨著我國高等教育的髮展,民族院校也有瞭很大的髮展,併且正處在轉型髮展之中,錶現有四大髮展趨勢。而其中的教師教育則在轉型中遭遇髮展的尷尬與挑戰,主要錶現在四箇方麵。為此,筆者提齣瞭三箇髮展策略。

Ethnic universities are an important part of higher learning institution in China.Teacher education at ethnic universities plays an important and indispensable role in teachers＇ training in ethnic regions.With the popularization of higher education in China,ethnic universities have developed rapidly and entered the stage of transformation with four main trends in development.Meanwhile,teacher education has encountered dilemma as well as challenge in four aspects.On this account,this paper has proposed three development strategies.
