In this paper, using documents to compare the contents standard of P. E and health curriculum of China and the United States, and try to clarify the similarities and differences about contents standard of P. E and health curriculum of China and the United States , and analyze the current and historic causes of it and find the merits of United States＇s contents standard of P. E and health curriculum which is fit to study to China that attempt to improve the Construction of China＇ s contents standard of P. E and health curriculum.
