Dong Jinqian, gained admittance to the department of Chinese language and literature, Liaoning University in 1979. In 1989, he graduated with master＇s degree majoring literary theory studies from the same university. In 2006, he graduated from Jilin University as doctor of Marxist philosophy. In 1996 and 2004, he was respectively promoted to the ranks of associate professor and professor. Now as Professor of College of Philosophy and Public Administration, Liaoning University, he serves as editor-in-Chief of Liaoning University Publishing House Ltd. Company, vice president of the Publishers Association in Liaoning province, senior professional title evaluation expert of press and publication major in Liaoning province, member of Shenyang City＇s Political Consultant Committee, and President of Liaoning University Association of Non-CPC Intellectuals.
