物流园区作为城市中特殊的功能区，对提升城市经济结构、完善城市功能布局、促进资源有机整合有着积极的促进作用。然而，物流园的发展是一个动态过程，既包括应对市场环境变化所产生的自身功能优化，又包括应对城市空间扩张所产生的城市功能置入，因此，合理的园区空间布局规划应具备一定的弹性。本文基于“有机生长”理念，从功能分区、用地分类、道路交通、地块划分等方面对物流园区的弹性布局方法展开探讨，以期为科学合理的园区规划提供一定的技术支撑和借鉴。
