东盟和中日韩三国的经贸联系日益密切,双边在自由贸易区领域内的合作不断深化。同时也应该看到,＂东盟＋3＂体系内的各个国家地区经济发展水平有着一定的差距,但这种差距在逐渐缩小。事实表明,在加入以经济自由度为代表的制度因素之后,＂东盟＋3＂的收敛速度有了负的增长趋势,显然,制度因素是阻碍缩小＂东盟＋3＂经济发展水平差距的重要因素。
東盟和中日韓三國的經貿聯繫日益密切,雙邊在自由貿易區領域內的閤作不斷深化。同時也應該看到,＂東盟＋3＂體繫內的各箇國傢地區經濟髮展水平有著一定的差距,但這種差距在逐漸縮小。事實錶明,在加入以經濟自由度為代錶的製度因素之後,＂東盟＋3＂的收斂速度有瞭負的增長趨勢,顯然,製度因素是阻礙縮小＂東盟＋3＂經濟髮展水平差距的重要因素。
동맹화중일한삼국적경무련계일익밀절,쌍변재자유무역구영역내적합작불단심화。동시야응해간도,＂동맹＋3＂체계내적각개국가지구경제발전수평유착일정적차거,단저충차거재축점축소。사실표명,재가입이경제자유도위대표적제도인소지후,＂동맹＋3＂적수렴속도유료부적증장추세,현연,제도인소시조애축소＂동맹＋3＂경제발전수평차거적중요인소。
The relationship between ASEN and China,Japan and South Korea are more closely day by day.They cooperate more deeply in FTA infrastructure.At the same time,there is a gap of economic development among the regions yet,and the gap is reducing.But we find that the gap is enlarging if we consider the institutional factor of the degree of economic freedom.This paper will discus the institutional factor is the main factor that hinders the gap of economic development reducing among the region of ASEN＋3.
