The Lack of Knowledge Sharing; Perceptions of Organizational Politics ; Diversity - orderly Structure
近年来,知识分享受到越来越多的关注。然而,我国企业却大多未采取实际行动以全面推进企业内部的知识分享。现有研究对于知识分享必要性的认识主要体现在对知识分享所能带来好处的分析上,尚未论及知识分享缺失会给企业带来的负面影响,本文将对此进行探索性研究。本文认为,如果企业在知识分享方面做得比较差,就会造成知识割据的情况比较严重,员工讨价还价的能力就相对较高,这意味着企业内部的组织政治行为将会增多,从而会给企业带来负面影响。同时,由于“差序格局”的情境下更易于产生组织政治行为,因此对于中国企业而言,知识分享缺失所造成的负面影响会更加严重。本文的实证检验结果支持了上述观点。本文的研究表明,知识分享缺失所带来的负面影响是企业需要认真考虑的一件事情。

In recent years, knowledge sharing is received more and more attention. However, most of Chinese companies still don't take action to promote knowledge sharing within the enterprise. Existing research about the necessity of knowledge sharing is mainly reflected in the analysis on the benefits of knowledge sharing, the negative impact about the lacking of knowledge sharing is still not discussed. This paper will study this issue, and we believe that the lack of knowledge sharing will lead to the serious monopoly of knowledge and bring employees the high bargaining power. This means that organizational politics within the enterprise will increase, and the efficiency of business will reduce. Moreover, because the context of diversity - orderly structure is more prone to produce political behavior, so the negative impact caused by the lack of knowledge sharing will be more serious. We tested empirically by a sample of 212 employees, and the inspection findings support hypothesizes. Our study shows that the negative impact caused by the lack of knowledge sharing is a problem that companies need to think about carefully.
