In today＇s world,living environment that enterprises are facing has increasingly complex.It has become the key to success for the enterprises to do better than other enterprises in a dynamic competition environment.The research on the ability of enterprise strategy provides us with a new perspective.Bases on the analysis on the connotation of the enterprise strategic ability,this paper has formulated a basic framework of building enterprise strategic ability,and conducted necessary analysis on the key steps during building the framework so as to provide the enterprises with references and helps in obtaining continuous competitive advantages in a dynamic environment.
