利用中国专利数据库,检索了357件潮汐能相关专利并进行了定量和定性分析,从专利的数量发展趋势、国别及省市分布、专利申请类型、法律状态、技术领域等多个角度,综合分析了我国潮汐能领域专利技术发展状况。结论：我国潮汐能专利的主要申请人是个人、高校和研究所,潮汐能技术专利申请密集区是F03B13,英美等国已在我国进行专利布局。根据研究结果,提出了我国潮汐能的发展建议。
利用中國專利數據庫,檢索瞭357件潮汐能相關專利併進行瞭定量和定性分析,從專利的數量髮展趨勢、國彆及省市分佈、專利申請類型、法律狀態、技術領域等多箇角度,綜閤分析瞭我國潮汐能領域專利技術髮展狀況。結論：我國潮汐能專利的主要申請人是箇人、高校和研究所,潮汐能技術專利申請密集區是F03B13,英美等國已在我國進行專利佈跼。根據研究結果,提齣瞭我國潮汐能的髮展建議。

357 China patent samples of tidal energy from the China patents database were analyzed by the way of quantitative and qualitative analysis.The patent filing trend,provincial and national distribution,the type of patent applications,legal status,technology filed were analyzed to explore the competition status of Chinese tidal energy filed.Conclusion：Chinese major tidal energy patent applicants are individuals,universities and research institutes.Main IPC of tidal energy is F03B13.Britain and US have been had some patent applications in China.Finally,some development proposals were put forward.
