沈阳市处于经济社会快速发展时期，科学的评价土地集约利用综合水平，可以更好的为其提供土地要素保障。在对2009年数据进行统计分析的基础上，采用综合评价法比较了沈阳市与其他副省级城市的土地集约利用综合水平。结果表明：沈阳市土地利用基本集约，同时土地集约利用各方面存在一定差异。据此，沈阳市在未来土地集约利用中应注意优化产业结构，提高土地效益；加强政府调控，完善用地机制；探索公众参与有效途径。
瀋暘市處于經濟社會快速髮展時期，科學的評價土地集約利用綜閤水平，可以更好的為其提供土地要素保障。在對2009年數據進行統計分析的基礎上，採用綜閤評價法比較瞭瀋暘市與其他副省級城市的土地集約利用綜閤水平。結果錶明：瀋暘市土地利用基本集約，同時土地集約利用各方麵存在一定差異。據此，瀋暘市在未來土地集約利用中應註意優化產業結構，提高土地效益；加彊政府調控，完善用地機製；探索公衆參與有效途徑。
침양시처우경제사회쾌속발전시기，과학적평개토지집약이용종합수평，가이경호적위기제공토지요소보장。재대2009년수거진행통계분석적기출상，채용종합평개법비교료침양시여기타부성급성시적토지집약이용종합수평。결과표명：침양시토지이용기본집약，동시토지집약이용각방면존재일정차이。거차，침양시재미래토지집약이용중응주의우화산업결구，제고토지효익；가강정부조공，완선용지궤제；탐색공음삼여유효도경。
With the rapid development of economy and society of Shenyang City, a scientific evaluation of intensive urban land use of the city benefits land supply. Based on the statistics of the year 2008, this paper conducts a comparative study of intensive urban land use of Shenyang City and the other vice-provincial cities, concluding that urban land use of the city is basically intensive, and there are differences in all respects of urban land use. Therefore, urban land use in Shenyang City should improve industrial structure, raise efficiency of urban land use, enhance macro-conditioner of the government, complete and perfect the mechanism of urban land use, and explore effective measures of public participation.
