本文根据投入产出原理并结合国际双边贸易数据，对世界主要碳排放大国2005年进出口产品中的隐含碳排放进行了核算．给出了2005年世界主要国家的国内需求碳排放以及贸易内涵排放。结果表明通过国际贸易，发展中国家为发达国家的消费者排放了数量巨大的CO2，中国不是其碳排放的唯一责任方。文章同时对国际贸易中的隐含碳排放进出口差额进行了分解，并计算了各国贸易中CO2净转移的规模效应、结构效应、纯技术效应和汇率效应．给出了生产者和消费者各自应承担的责任说明。

This paper first accounts the world＇s major countries＇ carbon emissions embodied in import and export products in 2005 according to the input and output principle combining with the international bilateral trade data, and then presents the consumption emissions and emissions embodied in trade of various countries in 2005. The result shows that the developing countries exhausted a great number of CO2 for consumers living the developed countries through international trade. China is not the only responsibility of the carbon emissions. In the end, the net transfer of carbon emissions embodied are decomposed scale effect, structure effect, the technical effect and foreign exchange effect, which is helpful for discriminating the producers and consumers responsibilities.
