对目前高校体育课程建设中存在的核心内容不突出、教学模式单一、体验类课程缺乏等问题进行了探讨，在对课程建设全面分析的基础上，提出了把体能课、体验课、专项课三种类型课程进行组合、多种教学模式并存的高校体育课程方案。

This paper discusses some problems that exist in college P. E. curriculum such as no prominent core content, single teaching model, lack experience content. Based on the analysis of construction of curriculum, it proposed a formula of college P.E. curriculum that contain improving physical capacity course , experience course , sports event course. And the multi - teaching model should be adopted.
