我国的教育事业近年来取得了长足的发展,各级各类教育毛入学率增长幅度明显,普通高等教育稳步发展,成人高等教育缓慢下滑,网络教育逆势增长,非学历培训迅猛发展,未来10年我国高等教育发展的重点将转到＂提高质量、发展内涵＂层面上。这也是我国继续教育发展的战略目标。我国继续教育在今后的发展过程中应在加快组织立法、建立行业培训认证体系、改善成人学历教育办学秩序、发挥高校学科与专业优势、大力发展网络远程教育、增加和保障经费投入、推进课程互选和学分互认、将继续教育纳入高校人才培养体系8个方面进行探索。只有统筹规划、协调管理,全面推进继续教育的改革与发展,我国继续教育的质量才能得以提升,建设学习型社会的重大任务才能得以实现。

아국적교육사업근년래취득료장족적발전,각급각류교육모입학솔증장폭도명현,보통고등교육은보발전,성인고등교육완만하활,망락교육역세증장,비학력배훈신맹발전,미래10년아국고등교육발전적중점장전도＂제고질량、발전내함＂층면상。저야시아국계속교육발전적전략목표。아국계속교육재금후적발전과정중응재가쾌조직입법、건립행업배훈인증체계、개선성인학력교육판학질서、발휘고교학과여전업우세、대력발전망락원정교육、증가화보장경비투입、추진과정호선화학분호인、장계속교육납입고교인재배양체계8개방면진행탐색。지유통주규화、협조관리,전면추진계속교육적개혁여발전,아국계속교육적질량재능득이제승,건설학습형사회적중대임무재능득이실현。
The education in China has made remarkable progress in recent years：the gross enrollment rate of all forms of education at all levels has increased noticeably;regular higher education grows steadily;adult higher education declines gently while on-line education advances against the decline;and non-diploma training enjoys dramatic growth.In the future decade,the focus of higher education development in China will be shifted to the stage of Quality Improvement and Connotative Development,which also coincides with the strategic objectives of China＇s continuing education development.In the future development of China＇s continuing education,explorations ought to be made in the following eight aspects：to accelerate organizational legislation,to establish certification systems for industry training,to improve school-running order of adult academic education,to exert the advantages of higher education institutes in subject and discipline,to promote the further development of on-line distance education,to increase and ensure financial input,to advance the reform in course selection and mutual recognition of credits,and to bring continuing education into the talent cultivation system of higher education institutes.Only by means of integrated planning,well-coordinated management and overall promotion of the reform and development of continuing education,can the quality of continuing education in China be improved and the significant mission of establishing the learning society be successfully fulfilled.
