城市具有典型的耗散结构形成的条件,表现出了开放性、远离平衡性,具备涨落和非线性的特征,并且其熵值特征很明显。新经济条件下,创新型城市的建设,要考虑影响城市竞争力优势的最主要因素,在这个基础上来推动城市系统向创新型的城市形态来演化。根据耗散系统的特点,应抓住有利时机推动创新型城市建设。
城市具有典型的耗散結構形成的條件,錶現齣瞭開放性、遠離平衡性,具備漲落和非線性的特徵,併且其熵值特徵很明顯。新經濟條件下,創新型城市的建設,要攷慮影響城市競爭力優勢的最主要因素,在這箇基礎上來推動城市繫統嚮創新型的城市形態來縯化。根據耗散繫統的特點,應抓住有利時機推動創新型城市建設。
성시구유전형적모산결구형성적조건,표현출료개방성、원리평형성,구비창락화비선성적특정,병차기적치특정흔명현。신경제조건하,창신형성시적건설,요고필영향성시경쟁력우세적최주요인소,재저개기출상래추동성시계통향창신형적성시형태래연화。근거모산계통적특점,응조주유리시궤추동창신형성시건설。
City has the typical formation conditions of dissipative structure,fulling of openness,away from balance,with the fluctuation and non-linear characteristics,and also evident entropy feature.Under the new econmic situation,to construct an innovative city,it need to consider the most important influence factors of city competitve edge.On this basis,we can promote city system to the evolution of innovative city.Besides that,according to the characteristices of dissipative system,we should seize the opportunity to promote the construction of innovative city.
