As a special social commonweal power,the minority social organizations play a very important role in promoting the development of the national work,sustaining ethnic relationship and promoting the establishment of a harmonious Beijing.However,currently,such organizations still have not been fully developed,loopholes are existed in their management process of.In view of this,standardized management is needed to ensure such organizations to serve the community much better.
