本文从发展民族学的新视角,剖析了民族关系发展的时代性特征,认为跨国族体问题引发的民族关系问题是近现代以来人口全球跨国流动背景下形成的时代性焦点问题,解决民族关系问题是全球安全治理的必然选择。

From the new perspective of devloping ethology,the t he sis analyzes the characteristic of the times in the devolopment of ethnic relati ons,holds that the problem of ethnic relations caused by transnational ethnic pr oblem is a focus under the circumstance of global cross-country migration movem ents in modern times,and points out that solving the problem of ethnic raltions is necessary for the global security governance,which can not be avoided by ever y country.
