本文选取全国31个省份2000-2009年的面板数据，运用固定效用模型，检验我国区域金融结构对经济增长的作用。实证结果表明：就全国总样本来看，股市的发展对我国经济增长的促进作用较为明显，另外，金融效率也能显著促进我国经济增长，但是金融机构的信贷规模与经济增长负相关。就东、中、西部分样本来看，由于我国地区之间发展差距较为明显，检验结果不尽相同，但是都支持金融效率与经济增长正相关，金融机构信贷规模与经济增长负相关。

This paper selected 31 provinces＇ panel data from 2000 to 2009, and inspected the relationship between economic growth and regional financial structure with fixed utility model. Empirical results showed that： the development of stock market can stimulate economic growth. In addition, financial efficiency can improve economic growth significantly. But the size of firancial institutions＇ credit is negatively related to economic growth, in the total sample. Because obvious gap exists in the regions of our country, the test results are not the same. But all support that financial efficiency is related to economic growth, and the scale of financial institutions＇ credit is negatively related with economic growth, in partial samples of eastern China, middle parts of China and western China.
