Technology readiness assessment(TRA) is an important work in managing armament system of systems development.Based on the TRA of individual technology,this paper proposes the models of TRA of individual system and armament system of systems with the definitions of system readiness level and armament system of systems readiness level respectively.By analyzing the TRA results of armament system of systems,those key systems and key technologies which have prominent influences on the whole armament system of systems development can be identified.This is very helpful for the project management.The followed example demonstrates the validity.
