XPCC industry is in a state of relative distortion, which restricts the further development of ＂XPCC economy. So the industrial adjustment remains the key to the development of XPCC economy. The paper first analyses the history and present situation of XPCC industrial structure and then reckons the correlation between XPCC industrial structure and the social and economic development. The paper has come to the conclusion that the adjustment of industrial structure must depend on the external environment of XPCC and its own advantages. The transformation of its own advantages will contribute to the great-leap-forward development in XPCC.
