研究生学位论文是研究生科研能力和培养质量的集中体现，研究生学位论文质量保证体系应包括论文质量管理、论文质量监督和反馈等多个方面。本文介绍东南大学研究生学位论文双盲评审情况和江苏省对高校研究生学位论文进行抽检评议的外部质量监督实践，并结合实际就学位论文的质量管理、监督、评价等问题提出了具体建议。

The graduate degree thesis is an indicator of the student quality. A degree thesis quality assurance system should include quality management, monitoring and feedback functions. A report is presented on the Southeast University＇s double blind evaluations of graduate degree theses and the external sampling inspections of degree theses from various universities in Jiangsu Province. Suggestions are also offered for quality management, monitoring and evaluation of degree theses.
