采用描述性统计分析方法,以广东省东莞市蔬菜生产为例,研究了种植规模对蔬菜质量安全的影响。研究结果表明:近三年来,东莞市规模化种植基地和分散农户种植的蔬菜合格率都呈上升趋势,并且保持较高的合格率水平,达到97%以上,但基地的蔬菜农药残留合格率平均高于分散农户约1.52%;基地在暖春蔬菜病虫害高发时节的农药残留合格率比分散农户约高4.877%;11个样本基地的合格率分布显示种植面积与合格率线性无关。这表明,发展适度规模化蔬菜种植基地,是提高蔬菜质量安全水平的有效途径。

The present work,a case study of vegetable production of Dongguan in Guangdong province,focuses on planting scale's influence on the vegetable quality safety by adopting descriptive statistical method.The result shows the quality of vegetable cultivated in large scale planting and by individual farmers increasingly reach standard and keep high rate to more than 97% whereas the rate of reaching the standard on the quantity of farm chemicals left on vegetable of large scale planting reaching 1.52% is higher than individual farmers do.What's more,the rate is much higher to reach 4.877% at the peak of insect infraction in spring.In addition,pass rate distribution of 11 samples shows that the acrege and the pass rate are linearly independent.Thus,the current study concludes that proper scale vegetable planting is an effective approach to improve the vegetable's quality safety.
