本文根据中国健康与营养调查数据，使用三阶段最小二乘法对我国农村居民的收入与健康状况到行了研究。研究发现：农村居民的健康状况与收入之间呈循环关系。健康状况越好，个人收入越高，岳其他因素不变的情况下，农村居民自评健康每增加一个等级，其收入将显著增加17．6％；个人收入外平越高，其健康状况也会越好，收入水平每增加10％，其健康状况将显著提高0．595等级。

The paper conducts a study on the relationship between the income level and health status of rural residents through the use of three - stage least squares method based on the data provided by China Health and Nutrition Survey. The study finds that the relationship among rural residents＇ health status and their income takes on a circulation. That is to say, the better the health status, the higher the personal income. If other factors remain unchanged, income of rural residents will be increased 17.6% with every increase of one grade of them self- rated health. If individual income level increases, his or her health, of course, will become better. With every 10% increase in the level of income, health status will significantly improve a grade of 0. 595.
