社会主义新农村建设是中国为解决＂三农＂问题而采取的重要措施。推动新农村建设,需要强有力的金融支撑,农村金融的发展状况对农村经济的发展起着非常重要的作用。当前,中国农村的金融体系还不能很好地为农村经济发展提供服务,尤其是农村信贷的供给与需求方面存在着诸多问题,严重制约着农村经济发展。促进农民增收、遏制资金外流、开发信贷创新产品、完善贷款利率定价机制以及创新担保方式等是有效解决这些问题的应对之策。

The new socialist countryside construction is an important measure to solve the ＂three rural＂ issue taken by our government.However,the new rural construction can not do without strong financial support.The development of rural finance plays a very important role in development of the rural economy.In recent years,the current rural financial system can not provide good services for the rural economic development,especially in the rural credit supply and demand where are many problems,which severely hamper the development of rural economy.To increase the farmers＇ profit,to curb capital outflows,to develop innovative credit products,to improve the pricing mechanism of loan rates and to innovate the way of security are the appropriate policies over these issues.
