The paper expounded the forest tenure reform process and situation of Pinggu District of Beijing,pointed out that ecological forest in the promoting process of forest tenure reform of mountainous area,still exists some problems,such as no-scale on forest industry development,supporting measures and policies are not in place,lack of social services et al.The paper put forward some suggestions,the government should pay more attention on the forestry industry development,to set up the supporting services system for forest tenure reform,enhancing the propaganda and education work et al.
