为适应我国经济发展方式的转变,必须加快我国高等教育的结构调整。从国家高等教育宏观结构布局的要求,到高校内部结构布局的设计,都应该明确高校的办学定位,优化办学结构。学科专业结构是基础,人才培养模式是核心,师资队伍结构是关键,开放办学是实现结构调整的根本途径。
為適應我國經濟髮展方式的轉變,必鬚加快我國高等教育的結構調整。從國傢高等教育宏觀結構佈跼的要求,到高校內部結構佈跼的設計,都應該明確高校的辦學定位,優化辦學結構。學科專業結構是基礎,人纔培養模式是覈心,師資隊伍結構是關鍵,開放辦學是實現結構調整的根本途徑。

In order to adapt to the change of economic development patterns, structure adjustment of higher education in China should be accelerated. Universities should clarify school-running orientation and optimize school-running structure according to both micro structure distribution of higher education of China and their internal structure distribution design. To realize structure adjustment, specialty structure is the foundation, talent training model is the core, teaching body structure is the key and running school openly is the basic approach.
