从国内外学者对知识管理的研究以及对网络组织和Multi-agent的简单介绍出发,将人工智能领域的Agent概念引入到企业知识管理的网络化模块组织设计。在介绍了网络化模块组织主体构成的基础上,构建了基于Multi-agent的企业知识管理网络化模块组织体系,最终通过多agent来协同实现企业知识管理过程,以满足企业知识的集成和智能化决策的实现。

On the basis research of knowledge management and simple buffering of network organization from domestic and foreign scholars, this paper uses the Agent concept in the field of artificial intelligence to study the networked module design of the enterprise knowledge management. After introducing the subject constitutes of networked module organization, this paper constructs the networked module organization system of the enterprise knowledge management based on Multi-agent. Finally, to satisfy the enterprise knowledge integration and intelligent decision making realization, this paper realizes the knowledge management through multi-agent synergy.
