广西“十一五”期间经济社会发展取得显著成就，认真总结其中的经验和智慧，对于推进广西“十二五”经济社会的科学发展具有十分重要的意义。宏观考察广西“十一五”经济社会科学发展的历程，可以获得深刻的哲学启示：必须正确处理好民族团结和经济社会发展、经济发展与改善民生、“两区”和“一带”、“内力”与“外力”、发展经济与节能减排等六大辩证关系。

Guangxi has made outstanding achievements in economic and social development during the Eleventh Five-year Plan period, which has great significance for promoting the scientific development of Guangxi＇s economy and society during the Twelfth Five-year Plan period by earnestly summing up the experience and wisdom of this period. A micro investigation to the course of the scientific development of Guangxi＇ s economy and society during the Eleventh Five-year Plan period can bring us profound philosophic enlightenment： it is necessary to well handle the six dialectical relationship between national unity and economic and social development, between developing economy and improving people＇ s livelihood, between ＂the two zones＂ and ＂one district＂, between ＂internal force＂ and ＂external force＂, between economic de velopment and energy saving and emission reduction.
