The individual's personal perspective that concerned about the ethical significance and the natural law which advocated "All men are brothers" were the cultural conditions where Cicero' s polit- ical views bred. It makes Cicero's political views have a counecting link between the preceding status. There is one tension between the philosophy and history which are the narrative forms of narrative. This kind of tension indicates that the narrative form of rational philosophy is challenged, The underlying per- formance of this challenge is the distance between philosophy and politics growing, and philosophy has in- creasingly become an important form of life access to private happiness, it is no longer the ultimate guard- ian of the politics such as classical Greek political philosophy. Political life is the obligations which hu- man life has to bear. Power and honor are the rewards to the politicians by the people living in the secular world, but this award is perishable and must be short- lived , after all it is meaningless. Cicero implied that the meaning of political life should implement to God' s rewards after all. Is this not a kind of medi- eval political theology bud?
