现代青少年足球运动员的培养要尊重科学、讲求规律,要根据青少年身心发展的自然规律和竞技体育、足球运动的自身规律实施训练。然而,现阶段我国青少年足球运动员的训练存在许多问题,情况使人悲观。通过查阅资料、走访专家,设计了中国足协U-17年龄组运动员训练状况的问卷调查表,结合青少年足球项目发展的规律,对U-17年龄组运动员的训练理念和训练内容进行了细致的分析。在此基础上得出结论,中国足协U-17年龄组运动员的训练时数过长,而且总体训练一直重复着基础阶段(15岁年龄段之前)的训练内容,其技术、战术及身体训练缺乏明显的划分和渐进性,基本上处于滞后1个,甚至2个年龄层次的位置上。同时提出相关对策,中国足协U-17年龄组运动员的训练要从实战出发,要根据比赛中的情况拟定训练方法,摒弃一味追求训练时数的训练理念。应根据青少年身体发育特点和运动素质敏感期,科学、合理地安排技战术和身体素质训练,使其运动潜能得到充分的开发。

Modern youth football players ' training should respect science, law, and according to the nature of physical and mental development of youth and football sport, the training can be implemented. However, at present, there are many existing problems in our youth players' training. By consulting documentary and interviewing experts, this paper designs the questionnaire concerned about training condition of players U-17 of Chinese Football Association. Combining with the laws of youth football development, the author deeply researches the training idea and content of player U-17. On this basis, it concluded that the training hours are too long and the overall training has repeated the content of basic stage (age group be- fore 15- year-old). The skilful, tactical, and physical training lack the clear division and progressiveness. Meanwhile, the author put forwards relevant strategies that the training should devise training methods according to the actual condition of matches, and give up training idea of blinding pursuit for hours of training. Only should be based on characteristics of adolescent physical development and movement-sensitive period of the quality, and scientifically and reasonably arrange skillful, tactical and physical training, the player's talent can be fully developed.
