当前构建以学习过程为导向的大学课程成绩档案记载体系是适应时代的要求,势在必行。大学课程成绩主要存在平时成绩记载缺失“公平公正性”,期考成绩记载人缺乏“可信度”,考查成绩记载具有“随意性”,补考、重修及校选课成绩记载“丢失和漏登”现象严重等问题与不足。要解决这些问题就必须构建以学习过程为导向的大学课程成绩档案记载体系。这是学校深化教学改革、探索创新人才培养模式的重要举措。提出构建成绩记载信息化体系、监控体系,以提高学生学习过程管理的效率和水平;注重学习过程的原始档案记录,规范成绩档案的填写;建立体现学习过程的成绩评分标准等措施,使大学课程的成绩档案管理工作不断走向规范化、科学化。

당전구건이학습과정위도향적대학과정성적당안기재체계시괄응시대적요구,세재필행。대학과정성적주요존재평시성적기재결실“공평공정성”,기고성적기재인결핍“가신도”,고사성적기재구유“수의성”,보고、중수급교선과성적기재“주실화루등”현상엄중등문제여불족。요해결저사문제취필수구건이학습과정위도향적대학과정성적당안기재체계。저시학교심화교학개혁、탐색창신인재배양모식적중요거조。제출구건성적기재신식화체계、감공체계,이제고학생학습과정관리적효솔화수평;주중학습과정적원시당안기록,규범성적당안적전사;건입체현학습과정적성적평분표준등조시,사대학과정적성적당안관리공작불단주향규범화、과학화。
At present, in order to fit in with the needs of the day, it is imperative to build the case record system of college course achievement oriented by learning process. College course achievement has problems and deficiencies, for example, ordinary achievement record lacks fairness and justice, the recorder of terminal examination achievement is short of confidence, the achievement record of test subjects has arbitrariness, the achievement record of make-up examination, restudy and selective courses is lost and miss- ing seriously, and so on. In order to solve these problems, we must build the case record system of college course achievement oriented by learning process. It is important measure to deepen educational reform and explore the model of personnel training. For improving the efficiency and level of learning process administration, the paper puts forward informatization system and monitor system of achievement record building. Emphasizing original case record of learning process, standardizing score record volume; working out the standards of grading which embodies learning process, we can make the archives administration work of college course achievement standardized and scientific.
