研究越南生物燃料政策及发展状况有助于我国借鉴越南生物燃料的发展经验并调整中越生物燃料合作模式。越南加强人力资源培训、积极参与国际合作、多渠道融资、加强生物燃料信息化建设等为中越生物燃料合作提供了机遇，也给中越生物燃料贸易及投资等带来挑战。
研究越南生物燃料政策及髮展狀況有助于我國藉鑒越南生物燃料的髮展經驗併調整中越生物燃料閤作模式。越南加彊人力資源培訓、積極參與國際閤作、多渠道融資、加彊生物燃料信息化建設等為中越生物燃料閤作提供瞭機遇，也給中越生物燃料貿易及投資等帶來挑戰。

The research on Vietnamese biofuel policy and the status quo of Vietnamese biofuel will help us learn the experience of Vietnamese biofuel development and make revisions in the mode of Sino-Vietnamese biofuel cooperation. Vietnam puts emphasis on the education of human resources, actively takes part in the international cooperation, makes multi-level efforts to attract investment, and strengthens the construction of biofuel database, etc.. The development of Vietnamese biofuel gives chances as well as challenges to the Sino-Vietnamese Biofuel Cooperation.
