在进入＂零农业税时代＂后,原乡镇政府在利益角度上与农民矛盾相对缓和,如何塑造乡镇政府公信力是新型农村建设的紧迫问题。乡镇政府公信力的塑造直接影响着零农业税时代乡镇基层治理的成效。文章从零农业税时代后乡镇政府公信力缺失的表现及原因出发,对有效提升乡镇政府公信力的有效途径进行了初步分析和探索。

After entering the zero-agriculture tax era,from the point of benefit,the direct conflict between township government and farmers is reduced.Thus,how to remodel township government＇s credibility is the necessitous problem of constructing a new socialist countryside.The remodeling of township government＇s credibility directly influences the effectiveness of rural governance in the zero-agriculture tax era.In this article,the author analyzes performance and causations of the loss of government＇s credibility,and puts forward some effective approaches to improve credibility of township government.
