单元构建是单元设计的首要工作。为正确反映加工实际,合理构建制造单元,探究学习曲线对单元构建的影响,在单元构建相关研究的基础上,从操作的角度将学习曲线函数与单元构建相结合,建立相关数学模型,用遗传算法进行求解,给出了最优解下的单元划分方案,解决人员派工问题,证明了该数学模型的有效性。

Cell formation is the critical issue in cellular manufacturing (CM). Traditionally, cells are formed based on the part-machine relation and it considers no human operation. However, in practice, the operation effectiveness of different operators is different because of the different learning effectiveness. In this paper, cell formation problem is studied with human operator learning considered. An integer pro- gramming model by combining human operator learning curve is proposed for the cell formation problem. Then, the genetic algorithm (GA) is used to solve the problem. By this method, it not only assigns the parts into appropriate cells, but also assigns the operators into appropriate machines. In this way, the performance of the CM system is significant improved.
