2009年下半年以后，尤其是在2010年初国务院《关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》宣布前后，海南省部分城市住房价格波动明显。本文尝试把国内外关于宣告效应的研究引入到中国住房市场价格这一领域，回顾了国外相关文献，并借鉴金融领域广泛使用的事件研究方法，得出了海南国际旅游岛建设政策对海南部分城市住房价格变动具有显著的正宣告效应这一结论。

Since the second half year of 2009, especially around the early 2010 when the State Council re- leased ＂Opinions on Propelling Construction of Hainan as an International Tourism Destination＂, the housing prices of some cities in Hainan province has obviously fluctuated. This paper attempts to introduce the study of the announcement effect at domestic and abroad into the area of China＇s housing price. First of all, we review the rela- tive literatures; secondly, by using the event study methodology which has been widely used in finance we make a quantitative analysis on the effects of policy announcement upon housing prices in some cities in Hainan. Finally,we get some relative conclusions.
