Using statistic software UCINET6.0, SPSS16.0, the study explores the effect of network embedding of the new staff upon their organizational adjustment. The study indicates ： the density and intensity of the information network embedding are negatively correlated with their obtaining of the knowledge of organization but can promote task master and role clarification. Meanwhile, learning the knowledge of the organization is also positively correlated with the scope and range of the information network embedding. The density and intensity of friendship network embedding can obviously predict newcomer＇s social integration, and the range and status of the network embedding can also promote newcomer＇s organizational commitment.
