为考察组织认同、上级信任感对公务员组织公民行为的影响,选取北京市六家政府机关219名工作人员进行问卷调查。分层回归分析结果表明,在控制了人口统计学变量之后,组织认同对帮助和谏言行为均有正向预测作用;上级信任感对帮助行为有显著正向预测作用,对谏言行为预测作用并不显著;进一步分析结果发现,上级信任感在组织认同与援助和谏言两种组织公民行为的关系上具有调节作用。
為攷察組織認同、上級信任感對公務員組織公民行為的影響,選取北京市六傢政府機關219名工作人員進行問捲調查。分層迴歸分析結果錶明,在控製瞭人口統計學變量之後,組織認同對幫助和諫言行為均有正嚮預測作用;上級信任感對幫助行為有顯著正嚮預測作用,對諫言行為預測作用併不顯著;進一步分析結果髮現,上級信任感在組織認同與援助和諫言兩種組織公民行為的關繫上具有調節作用。

The relationship between organizational identification,trust in leader and organizational citizenship behaviors were explored within a sample of 219 civil servants from six organizations in Beijing.Results of hierarchical regression analysis indicated that,after controlling the effect of demographic variables,organizational identification was positively associated with help and expostulation;trust of leader was positively associated with helping behavior but not with expostulation.Further analysis demonstrated that,trust of leader positively moderated the relationship between organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior
