采用Maslach教师职业倦怠问卷和自编辅导员职业倦怠影响因素问卷对283名高校辅导员进行调查;同时,以162名高校专任教师为对照组考察辅导员职业倦怠的现状。结果发现:1)与专任教师相比,辅导员的情绪衰竭得分高,非人性化、成就感低维度上的得分低;2)工作年限为1-3年的辅导员在职业倦怠三维度上的得分均显著高于10年以上辅导员;未婚辅导员的职业倦怠显著高于已婚辅导员;3)4个影响因素与职业倦怠各维度均呈显著正相关;其中,工作负荷与压力、领导支持与认可对情绪衰竭有正向预测作用,领导支持与认可对成就感低、学生表现对非人性化有正向预测效应。

To examine the current situation and influencing factors of Job Burnout among university counselors, 283 university counselors were investigated by the Influencing Factors of Job Burnout Inventory (IFJBI) and Maslash Burnout Inventory (MBI) and 162 professional teachers was administered by MBI. The results showed: 1) Compared with professional teachers, University counselors scored higher on emotional exhaustion, lower on depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment. 2) Counselors with 1-3 years of work experience scored higher on the three dimensions than those with over 10 years of work experience. Unmarried counselors scored higher than married ones. 3) All the four factors of IFJBI had significantly positive correlations with all dimensions of MBI. Job load & pressures had positive prediction on emotional exhaustion, support and endorsement form leaders could significantly predict emotional exhaustion and diminished personal accomplishment, and students, performance had positive effects on deoersonalization.
