"高素质技能型人才"的目标,决定了高职院校的人才培养,既要注重专业技术教育,也要重视人文素质教育。以目标模式课程论设计其人文课程体系,首先应确立课程设置的理念和目标,其次选择与组织兼具普适性与学校个性的显性课程和隐形课程,并建立与学分制相适应的动态开放的课程评价体系。高职院校人文课程体系只有在观念、机制与措施的保障下,才能真正实施。
"高素質技能型人纔"的目標,決定瞭高職院校的人纔培養,既要註重專業技術教育,也要重視人文素質教育。以目標模式課程論設計其人文課程體繫,首先應確立課程設置的理唸和目標,其次選擇與組織兼具普適性與學校箇性的顯性課程和隱形課程,併建立與學分製相適應的動態開放的課程評價體繫。高職院校人文課程體繫隻有在觀唸、機製與措施的保障下,纔能真正實施。
"고소질기능형인재"적목표,결정료고직원교적인재배양,기요주중전업기술교육,야요중시인문소질교육。이목표모식과정론설계기인문과정체계,수선응학립과정설치적이념화목표,기차선택여조직겸구보괄성여학교개성적현성과정화은형과정,병건립여학분제상괄응적동태개방적과정평개체계。고직원교인문과정체계지유재관념、궤제여조시적보장하,재능진정실시。
The training goal of "high-quality skilled personnel" for vocational institutions not only focuses on professional and technical education, but also attaches importance to quality education in humanities. With tar- get model curriculum on the design of its humanities curriculum, the curriculum should first establish the philosophy and goals, followed by the selection and organization of both universal and special character of the school curriculum and hidden curriculum, and establish a credit system compatible with the dynamic open course evalu- ation system. Humanities curriculum system in vocational colleges can be truly implemented under the guarantee of ideas, mechanisms and measures.
