对风电产业发展路径依赖效应的研究表明，传统资源模式下对原有经济制度、能源禀赋、传统技术和现有产业结构的路径依赖严重制约我国风电产业的推广和发展。应尽快制定科学、合理的风电产业政策体系。按照市场经济规律的要求，运用法律、财政、税收、信贷等手段调节或影响市场主体的行为，破解我国风电产业发展难题。
對風電產業髮展路徑依賴效應的研究錶明，傳統資源模式下對原有經濟製度、能源稟賦、傳統技術和現有產業結構的路徑依賴嚴重製約我國風電產業的推廣和髮展。應儘快製定科學、閤理的風電產業政策體繫。按照市場經濟規律的要求，運用法律、財政、稅收、信貸等手段調節或影響市場主體的行為，破解我國風電產業髮展難題。

Researching on the path dependence effect of wind power industry,it shows that in the traditional resources pattern,the path dependence on economy structure, traditional technology and industrial structure have seriously restricted the development of China＇s wind power industry. We should work out scientific and reasonable policy system as soon as possible, take use of the measures of law,finance,tax,credit,ect.to adjust or influence the behavior of market subject, to solve the difficult problem of the wind power industry development.
