纺织产业转型升级是绍兴经济发展的必然趋势和发展路径。然而，纺织产业的产品特质和中国轻纺城中小企业众多，严重制约了产业转型升级。本文在分析绍兴纺织产业现状、回顾中国轻纺城发展的基础上，以中国轻纺城商会为例，准确定位地方商会在产业转型升级中所扮演的角色，对地方商会推进产业转型升级的作用机制作了深刻分析。
紡織產業轉型升級是紹興經濟髮展的必然趨勢和髮展路徑。然而，紡織產業的產品特質和中國輕紡城中小企業衆多，嚴重製約瞭產業轉型升級。本文在分析紹興紡織產業現狀、迴顧中國輕紡城髮展的基礎上，以中國輕紡城商會為例，準確定位地方商會在產業轉型升級中所扮縯的角色，對地方商會推進產業轉型升級的作用機製作瞭深刻分析。

The transformation and upgrade of Shaoxing textile industry is the inevitable trend of economic development and the development path. However, the characteristics of the products of the textile industry and numerous small and medium - sized enterprises in China Textile City seriously restrict the industry transformation and upgrade. Based on the analysis on the current situation of textile industry in Shaoxing and the reviews of the development of China Textiles City, this paper has taken Chamber of Commerce of Chinese Textile City as example, precisely positioned the roles of local chamber of commerce in industry transformation and upgrade, and deeply analyzed the action mechanism of local chamber of commerce promoting industrial transformation and upgrade.
