少数民族大学生思想政治教育是高校德育工作的重要组成部分，对他们的思想政治教育成功与否，直接关系到校园和谐、地区稳定和社会和谐与发展。如何在新的历史时期有针对性地做好作为“弱势”群体的新疆籍少数民族大学生的思想政治教育工作，是生态性大学亟待关注和要努力解决的一个重大课题。本文以生态性大学建设理念为指导，对此问题作了一些分析和探讨，并提出了一些对策建议。

Ideological and political education for minority university students whose ideological and ethical understandings are directly related to the harmony of campus, stability of the region as well as social development, forms an important part of ideological education in universities, Normalizing ideological and political education for the vulnerable group --Xinjiang minority university students （hereafter ＂minority university students＂） in the new historical period is not only a major issue to be paid urgent attention to but also a big problem for the ecological university to solve. This article makes some discussions about this issue, and puts forwards some countermeasures and suggestions in accordance with the idea of ecological university construction.
