As China＇s capital market continues to improve and develop,split IPO increasingly becomes an important way in asset restructuring.To improve and develop split IPO of China＇s listed companies is of great significance for the construction of China＇s capital market.The article firstly discusses the economic motive to split IPO of listed companies,the market performance of split IPO,and the paths for China＇s listed company to realize split IPO.Then it adopts event study method to conduct a case study of Northeast High-speed,and finally proposes suggestions from the angles of regulatory institutions and listed companies.
