台湾农民创业园是海峡两岸现代农业合作的重要成果与发展创新之一。本文着重从引进台资和优良农业品种、先进生产技术及其经营管理经验等方面，就创业园建设的主要做法与成效问题进行较全面归纳总结，提出促进创业园又好又快发展的配套策略措施。

Taiwan Pioneer Park is not only the great achievement of the agricultural exchanges and cooperation between the cross-straits, but also the major move of the strategy of developing modern agriculture, the transformation of development mode and ＂Three Synchronization＂ by the Party and the Mainland. This paper takes Zhejiang and Fujian Province which superior in numbers and construction as the example, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the development conditions and construction progress, mainly focuses on conducting a comparatively comprehensive generalization and summery on the main practices and achievements from the an- gle of the introduction of Taiwan capital and good varieties agricultural, advanced production technology and its management experience, and so on. Then propose matching tactics and measures to develop it fast and rapidly.
