长期以来,学界习惯于把＂改土归流＂作为土司制度的＂落幕戏＂加以研究,但若细心查核＂改土归流＂后的当地史料,却总能发现被罢废土司的后裔们可以长期在当地担任各种行政要职,对当地的社会生活产生深远影响。可见,对土司制度而言,实行＂改土归流＂仅仅意味着用人制度的转型,因而及时和适度地实施＂改土归流＂,恰好是整个封建王朝官僚体制有效和灵活运转的标志。
長期以來,學界習慣于把＂改土歸流＂作為土司製度的＂落幕戲＂加以研究,但若細心查覈＂改土歸流＂後的噹地史料,卻總能髮現被罷廢土司的後裔們可以長期在噹地擔任各種行政要職,對噹地的社會生活產生深遠影響。可見,對土司製度而言,實行＂改土歸流＂僅僅意味著用人製度的轉型,因而及時和適度地實施＂改土歸流＂,恰好是整箇封建王朝官僚體製有效和靈活運轉的標誌。
장기이래,학계습관우파＂개토귀류＂작위토사제도적＂락막희＂가이연구,단약세심사핵＂개토귀류＂후적당지사료,각총능발현피파폐토사적후예문가이장기재당지담임각충행정요직,대당지적사회생활산생심원영향。가견,대토사제도이언,실행＂개토귀류＂부부의미착용인제도적전형,인이급시화괄도지실시＂개토귀류＂,흡호시정개봉건왕조관료체제유효화령활운전적표지。
For a long time,scholars used to take ＇the reform of aboriginal chieftain＇ as the ＇ended play＇ to study,but when the local historical documents are carefully studied,it could be found that after the reform of aboriginal chieftain,the descendants of those Chieftains not only had long-term important positions,but also had profound influence to the social living and production.It is clear that to the chieftains,the chieftain system reform was only means the transform of choosing personnel system and just marked the effective and flexible working of Bureaucracy system of the whole dynasty.
