阐述了企业在军民融合国防科技创新体系中应当具有的地位和作用,从研发投入、对外依存度、自主创新能力、具有核心技术的主导产业规模等方面,对现有国防科技创新体系中企业的创新主体作用进行了考察和评价,分析其主体作用尚未充分发挥的原因,并提出了应对措施。
闡述瞭企業在軍民融閤國防科技創新體繫中應噹具有的地位和作用,從研髮投入、對外依存度、自主創新能力、具有覈心技術的主導產業規模等方麵,對現有國防科技創新體繫中企業的創新主體作用進行瞭攷察和評價,分析其主體作用尚未充分髮揮的原因,併提齣瞭應對措施。

This paper describes the role that enterprises should play in the National Defense ST Innovation System that integrate military with civilian purposes and combine military efforts with civilian support,evaluate the functions of enterprises as a main body in the National Defense ST innovation System from many aspects such as RD investment,foreign dependency,self-innovation,a core technology of the leading industrial scale,analyses the reasons why enterprises cannot give full play to the important role and finally some feasible suggestions are put forward.
